Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Security Officer roles based in South Carolina and Georgia. The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by conducting regular foot and vehicle patrols, monitoring entrances and exits, and observing and reporting suspicious activity. Daily tasks include responding to alarms and incidents, enforcing site rules and regulations, completing accurate incident and shift reports, and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.

The Security Officer will interact professionally with clients, visitors, and residents, provide directions or assistance as needed, and follow all company protocols and post orders. The role also involves maintaining a neat appearance, caring for assigned equipment, and attending required training and briefings.

Qualifications 21+ years or older SLED Certified or Georgia Guard Card

• Ability to perform routine security patrols, monitor premises, and respond calmly and quickly to incidents or emergencies.
• Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment in identifying potential security risks and reporting them appropriately.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation.
• Capability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods, occasionally lift moderate weight, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and integrity, including punctuality, adherence to policies, and respect for diverse individuals and communities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, follow instructions, and adapt to changing post assignments or client needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is beneficial but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, along with the ability to pass a background check and other pre-employment screenings as required.
