New Castle Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to manage ongoing facility maintenance for their properties in South Carolina. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance and a willingness to obtain HVAC and CPO certifications.
This role includes repairing appliances, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work, alongside maintaining communal areas and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will engage in preventive maintenance, assist in property upkeep, and respond to emergency repairs as needed.
