• Perform all work required: operate equipment in a safe and productive manner, understand and complete direction from direct supervisor
• Perform all assigned tasks with limited supervision
• Perform all duties and activities in a manner that conforms to safety requirements
• Perform outside work in varying weather conditions and adverse conditions underground such as water
• Meet physical demands for the role:
  Be able to lift bags of cement and stick powder and load them on a truck along with the ability to carry ground support, such as bolts and wirepanels
• Maintain equipment through safe operation and proper housekeeping and inspections

• On-the-job experience and or vocational training.
• Underground experience is preferred.
