SERC-NAHRO is seeking a maintenance worker to perform routine and preventative tasks across Sumter Housing Authority properties. The role requires planning and executing repair assignments and determining maintenance needs while applying skilled trades as required.
The position covers carpentry, appliance, electrical, plumbing, sheet-rock, HVAC and painting repairs, plus minor landscaping and vacancy preparations for occupancy. Applicant must respond to emergency maintenance calls when required.
