Maintenance Technician

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their dedicated team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the operations support team, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of equipment and facilities. Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Sumter, SC

Pay Range: $52,000 - $65,000

Shift: 12-hour 2-2-3 pattern (Panama) shift 6:45 pm – 7:00 am, including every other weekend

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and safety standards.

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• AAS Degree in Mechatronics or Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
