The Adult Protective Services Compliance Coordinator serves as a statewide APS Policy Alignment Coach, providing technical assistance to frontline staff through coaching, mentoring, and modeling to improve casework consistency and policy alignment. The role monitors data, develops practice improvement strategies, oversees peer review processes, and researches best practices to strengthen casework practice across the division in Richland County.
Key qualifications- Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years of professional experience in social service programs, education, program administration/management or relevant program experience
- Master's Degree and one (1) year of professional experience in social service programs, education, program administration/management or relevant program experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle for field work assignments
- Experience with data analysis and case review processes
- Knowledge of Adult Protective Services practices and national APS resources
