Appalachian Center for Independent Living (ACIL) is seeking a part-time Ameri Corps Peer Mentor to support individuals with disabilities through ACIL’s Pathways Peer Support Program in the Charleston area.
The mentor will provide encouragement, help facilitate groups and activities, and connect participants with Independent Living services while upholding Ameri Corps requirements. Dependable transportation and a commitment of about 300 service hours are required.
