Driver Pay Rates

* $200 per day to start

* Average $61,500 per year, with top drivers earning $100,000+ per year

* Orientation pay

* Extra Stop/Pickup pay

* Breakdown pay

* Lumper paid by JBS

* Rider policy after 3 months

Benefits & Bonuses

* Bonuses: safety and referral

* Simplified Orientation:
Starts online and concludes at your local terminal

Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:

* $50 every week of your referred driver's first year
* $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months

Work & Route

* Main Driving Region:
Freight is primarily hauled between Pilgrim's plant operations within a 250 mile radius

* Recruiting Areas:
Hiring within a 40 to 50-mile radius of Sumter, SC

* Home Time:
Home daily!

CDL-A Shuttle/Short-haul/Local Truck Driver Requirements:

* At least 21 years old

* CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience

* Must have 48'-53' tractor trailer experience

* Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
