We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will handle day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving goods, sorting inventory, packing orders, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.

• Shipping & Receiving:
  Unload incoming freight, inspect shipments for damage, verify quantities against packing slips, and stage products in designated areas.
• Order Fulfillment:
  Pick, pack, and label orders accurately according to pick lists to prepare items for shipment.
• Inventory Handling:
  Sort, stack, palletize, and store merchandise on shelves or racks. Assist with regular inventory counts and audits.
• Material Movement:
  Safely operate manual handling equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and carts to transfer goods throughout the facility.
• Warehouse Maintenance:
  Keep work zones, aisles, packing areas, and loading docks clean, swept, and free of safety hazards or trash.
• Equipment & Safety Compliance:
  Follow all OSHA standards, company safety procedures, and proper lifting techniques. Report any maintenance or security issues to supervisors.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Prior warehouse, general labor, material handling, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but entry-level applicants are welcome.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift continuously throughout a shift.
• Ability to comfortably lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs unassisted.
