Premier Client Banker

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with high-value retail and small business clients, serving as their primary banking advisor
• Conduct thorough financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate banking, credit, lending, and investment solutions
• Proactively deepen wallet share through cross-selling PNC products and services aligned with client goals
• Monitor client portfolios, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure a high level of service and retention
• Execute complex transactions accurately while adhering to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and risk controls
• Collaborate with internal partners in wealth, mortgage, and business banking to deliver integrated solutions
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through outreach, referrals, and community engagement activities
• Use CRM and banking systems to document interactions, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics
• Resolve client issues promptly, escalating when necessary, to ensure satisfaction and protect relationships
• Stay current on financial markets, PNC products, and industry trends to provide informed advice
