Travel Nurse RN OR – Operating Room (Sun City West, AZ)

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in operating rooms to start on 05/26/2026 for a 13‑week assignment. This travel nursing position requires 10‑hour days, 40 hours per week, and an ability to begin within 5 weeks. A $750 referral bonus is available.

• Work a varied schedule in an inpatient operating room setting.
• Float between BDWMC & BBWMC campuses.

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care of patients.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
• Formulate and implement plans of care based on assessment data and patient‑specific needs.
• Provide direct patient care, coordinate, delegate, and supervise healthcare team activities.
• Document assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in patient records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for continuity of care.
• Evaluate patient progress and response to care and teaching.
• Maintain clinical performance competencies through annual validations.

• Minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience.
• Proficient or expert level in orthopedic, orthopedic spine, and DaVinci robotic systems.
• Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum one year of acute care hospital experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lift up to 75 pounds and use proper body mechanics.
• Must have adequate hearing, visual acuity, fine motor skills, and eye‑hand coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree and professional certification preferred.
