We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist with a zero-defects mindset to ensure 100% accuracy in high-volume document processing. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and a commitment to strict compliance.

• Review and audit high-volume documents for 100% accuracy against client and state regulations.
• Analyze and determine proper document handling and routing.
• Track errors and update processes to prevent recurrence; train intake and processing teams on quality standards.
• Perform research on vehicle-related errors (MCOs, titles, etc.) and update internal records.
• Process transactions, data entry, scanning, and assist with special projects.

• Drug and background screening.
• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma
• Experience with MVD documentation (titles, MCOs, etc.).
• Previous administrative/auditing experience in a high-volume office.
• Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, SharePoint);
  Power BI a plus.
• Detail-oriented "gate keeper" with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Self-starter, flexible, and able to lift up to 20 lbs.
