Job DescriptionAssocia is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team. The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for supporting customers, homeowners, vendors, and guests by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive experience across all communication channels. This includes assistance over the phone, via email, and in person. In this role, you will also support general office operations by completing administrative tasks and contributing to various projects as needed.
Success in this position requires a service-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a friendly, approachable demeanor. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation:$18.00/hr; direct experience is highly considered.
