Title:
Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) / Intensive Care Unit (ICU) (Days) Sun City, AZ
AZ RESIDENTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ASSIGNMENTS IN ANY ARIZONA FACILITY!
Requirements- Must have a minimum of 24 months ICU/CVICU experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - [REQUIRED]
- Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- No hits on state license to practice - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- RTO cannot exceed 7 days, No RTO during the first week of assignment - [REQUIRED]
- Candidate driver’s license to verify residency - [REQUIRED]
- Flu Vaccination:
Medical and/or religious exemption forms available upon request. Please include vaccination status in submission notes. - Travel experience - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
- ACLS
- BLS
- Arizona - Compact Allowed:
True - Must have active state license to practice at time of submission
