Banner Health’s Cardio Thoracic Surgical Step‑Down Unit in Sun City, AZ is hiring a Surgical Step Down RN for a part-time night shift (7pm–7:30am, two 12‑hour shifts weekly) with rotating weekends/holidays. The role focuses on cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgical patients, including CABG, AVR, MVR, TAVR, and more, with an 18% night differential and weekend differential when applicable.
