Banner Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 5A/5B/5D units at Banner Boswell. Night shift (7:00pm-7:30am) with three 12-hour shifts per week, an 18% night differential, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care in line with nursing standards. New graduates with less than 12 months of experience are directed to the New Nurse Experience pathway.
