This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.
-5:00 p.m. - Patients Per Day: 35

Primary Care, All Ages - State Licensure:
Active Arizona State License and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) - Credentialing Timeframe: 2 Weeks
