Experience: Minimum of 24 months ICU/CVICU experience with recent experience in the last 12 months

License: Active license to practice

Certifications: Active ACLS certification from approved vendor, Active BLS certification from approved vendor

Must-Have:

Candidates must be capable of floating between campuses as needed.

Candidates must be willing to work in various facilities, shifts, and departments.

RTO cannot exceed seven days and no RTO is permitted during the first week of assignment.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license to verify residency.

All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept.

Description:

Candidates must wear navy scrubs.

Candidates must float between different campuses as needed.

Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments will help expedite the offer process.

Candidates must start on the listed start date or no more than one week later.

Candidates must have no hits on their state license to practice.

All life support certifications must be from approved vendors.

Travel experience is highly preferred.

All candidates should be prepared for strict adherence to background check standards.

A complete application profile is required, including a resume with an outline of all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designations, and the number of beds.

An ICU/CVICU skills checklist must be completed within the last 12 months.

An active license to practice must be verified within the last 30 days.
