Job SummaryPerforms the day-to-day duties and functions associated with the operation of a Golf Shop.
Work days/hoursMon. & Sat. 11:30am-5:30pm;
Sun. 5am-11:30am.

Pay Rate$15.45/hr.
Duties and Responsibilities- Opens and closes Golf Shop for daily business, as scheduled.
- Greets all customers as they enter the Golf Shop.
- Checks in all players.
- Assigns tee times and announces groups to tees in accordance with policy and procedure.
- Operates daily point of sale system in accordance with procedures.
- Sells and processes all merchandise transfers.
- Assists with all merchandising and displays.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the Golf Shop including picking up, dusting, and cleaning.
- Directs all issues, problems, complaints, and safety matters, which cannot be resolved to the Head Starter.
- Initiates and completes reports for any incident/accident that occurs during work shift.
- Prepares all closing paperwork including but not limited to bank deposits, end of shift reports, and point of sale reports required to complete all sales transactions for that day’s business.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- MUST know the game of golf.
- Prior experience using computers and cash register systems.
- Prior experience handling money.
- Any combination of experience, education, and/or training which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
