Plumbing Service Technician

Hobaica Services is seeking a Plumbing Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems across the Greater Phoenix area. You'll troubleshoot leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures, and piping while delivering friendly, honest service in customers' homes and small businesses. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, accurately documenting work, explaining options and recommendations, and ensuring code-compliant, safe repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing issues
• Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, piping, and related components
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks on plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, low pressure, and other plumbing problems
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Explain repair options, pricing, and recommendations to customers
• Prepare accurate job documentation, invoices, and service records
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working order
• Participate in on-call or emergency service rotation as needed
• Support a customer-focused, safety-first team culture
