Cottonwood Palo Verde at Sun Lakes is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented on-going seasonal Homeowner Services Attendant from (October 1 - April 30) to join our team to work 28 hours per week. This position plays a key role in supporting our residents and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations.

Position Responsibilities- Provide front-line customer service to homeowners and residents
- Assist with homeowner inquiries, requests, and general information
- Prepare and maintain records using Microsoft Office programs
- Create, update, and manage Excel spreadsheets
- Process forms, documentation, and correspondence accurately
- Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Maintain organized files and administrative records
- Support various community departments as needed
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required (Word, Outlook, and Excel spreadsheet proficiency is essential)
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to remain professional and composed when working with homeowners
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
- Reliable and punctual
This role requires someone who understands that working in a residential community means frequent interaction with homeowners. Patience, professionalism, and a steady attitude are critical. Thick skin and strong customer service instincts will serve you well here.
