Cottonwood Palo Verde at Sun Lakes is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented on-going seasonal Homeowner Services Attendant from (October 1 - April 30) to join our team to work 28 hours per week. This position plays a key role in supporting our residents and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations.

• Provide front-line customer service to homeowners and residents
• Assist with homeowner inquiries, requests, and general information
• Prepare and maintain records using Microsoft Office programs
• Create, update, and manage Excel spreadsheets
• Process forms, documentation, and correspondence accurately
• Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional manner
• Maintain organized files and administrative records
• Support various community departments as needed

• Strong Microsoft Office skills required (Word, Outlook, and Excel spreadsheet proficiency is essential)
• Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to remain professional and composed when working with homeowners
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
• Reliable and punctual
