• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based practices and patient preferences.
• Manages patient medications, including prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting dosages as needed.
• Conducts thorough physical examinations, evaluating all body systems to identify health issues.
• Documents patient encounters accurately and efficiently within the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Educates patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
• Interprets diagnostic test results, integrating findings into the overall patient care plan.
• Applies advanced pharmacological knowledge to ensure safe and effective medication management.
• Exercises sound clinical judgment in complex patient care situations, making critical decisions independently and collaboratively.

• Graduates from an accredited Master's or Doctoral Nurse Practitioner program.
• Holds a current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
• Possesses current national certification as a Nurse Practitioner.

• Demonstrates at least one year of clinical experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner.
• Shows experience in an outpatient or inpatient setting, managing a diverse patient panel.

• Possesses expert knowledge in Patient Assessment and Diagnosis.
• Excels in Treatment Planning and Medication Management.
• Performs comprehensive Physical Examinations with precision.
• Proficiently navigates and utilizes Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Provides effective Patient Education with clarity and empathy.
• Interprets complex Diagnostic Tests accurately.
• Applies advanced principles of Pharmacology in practice.
• Exhibits superior Clinical Judgment and critical thinking skills.

• Holds additional specialty certifications relevant to the practice area.
• Demonstrates experience with quality improvement initiatives in a clinical setting.
• Possesses bilingual communication skills.

• Requires the ability to stand, walk, and move frequently throughout the workday.
• Involves occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of up to 25 pounds.
