What You'll Do
Perform daily maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, appliances)
Complete unit turnovers and maintain common areas
Conduct routine building and grounds inspections
Communicate with vendors and contractors
Maintain curb appeal with daily property walks and seasonal prep (snow, leaves, etc.)
Support the emergency on-call rotation
Ensure tools, equipment, and inventory are maintained
Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members
Follow all safety protocols and support overall property operations
What We're Looking For
Experience levels vary by position-both entry-level and skilled technicians encouraged to apply
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair is a plus
Valid driver's license required for all positions
Preference given to candidates with previous snow plow driving experience
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Ability to participate in the on-call rotation
Maintenance Supervisors must hold an EPA Universal certification
HVAC/EPA Type II or Universal preferred for Maintenance I/II roles
CPO certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
