Change programs and parameters in chocolate tempering machines, depositors, enrobers, and other related machinery;
Assemble pipes, pumps, and kettle parts for cooking and mixing candy recipes, using common hand tools;
Follow recipes to weigh ingredients, mix and cook using equipment, and measure temperature, viscosity, and brix;
Operate both old manual machines and newer computer-controlled machines, performing setups and changeovers;
Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) for various tasks related to cooking and operating equipment
