The Proactive Engineering LLC seeks a hands-on Shipping Team Lead to oversee daily outbound and inbound logistics for high-reliability PCB products. You'll coordinate order picking, packing, labeling, and carrier scheduling; verify documentation and export paperwork; and maintain inventory accuracy in ERP/WMS systems. Lead and train a small shipping team, uphold ESD and quality standards, and collaborate with engineering and production to meet tight delivery timelines.

Ideal candidates bring strong attention to detail, manufacturing shipping experience, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
