General Production Operator

Pro-Active Engineering, LLC is seeking a General Production Operator to support electronics manufacturing in our Madison, WI facility. In this role, you will operate production equipment, load components, perform basic assembly, and inspect PCB products to meet quality and safety standards. You'll follow work instructions, complete documentation, and assist with set-ups and changeovers in a fast-paced, high-mix environment. This position works closely with engineering and quality teams, supporting continuous improvement while maintaining a clean, organized work area and meeting daily production goals.
