You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations;
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, image and adherence to standards, customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability;
Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler;
Prepare product and take orders, both over the phone and in person;
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and operation, ensure adherence to policies and procedures
