Maintenance Pro

If you've kept complex systems running under pressure, this role is built for you. We're looking for a hands-on maintenance pro ready to own equipment reliability across a fast-paced production facility — nights, tools in hand, zero micromanagement. What You'll Do:
Perform and document scheduled preventative maintenance on ovens, mixers, conveyors, packaging machines, refrigeration systems, and boilers Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostics equipment Install, commission, and modify bakery equipment to improve performance and ensure code compliance Enforce lockout/tagout and food safety standards; report hazards and maintain a clean, organized work area Manage parts inventory, input work orders, and collaborate daily with production and sanitation teams

Requirements 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic skills Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals Knowledge of PLC systems, control systems, and industrial automation High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred Benefits
