Air Conditioning Engineer

Our client, a well-established and respected HVAC services provider, is currently seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven engineer who is confident working independently and delivering high standards of service across commercial environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of air conditioning systems, carrying out PPM visits, fault finding, and ensuring all works are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

• Service and maintain split and multi-split air conditioning systems
• Work independently on DX and CW fan coil units
• Diagnose and repair VRV / VRF condenser systems
• Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits
• Carry out all types of reactive repairs and advanced fault finding
• Produce accurate dilapidation reports
• Complete service reports on time and to a high professional standard

• Excellent attitude with a strong work ethic
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• F-Gas qualification and / or relevant HVAC Diploma
• Proven experience working independently on :
• Split and multi-split systems
• DX and CW FCUs
• VRV / VRF systems
• Strong understanding of the refrigeration cycle and fault diagnosis

• Experience working on CRAC units
• Ability to use manufacturers’ service software and interpret performance data
• Experience with additional HVAC equipment such as AHUs, refrigeration systems, and chillers

• Competitive salary of £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
