This is a part‑time position beginning the 2026/2027 school year and is 190 days/year, 4 hours/day. This position may require some additional training.
QualificationsMust have current BCI/FBI background checks, and obtain State of Ohio Educational Aide permit upon hire.
Job Duties- Assist the building secretary and substitute if the secretary is absent
- Perform receptionist duties, including greeting and assisting all building visitors, parents, and students
- Assist parents and students with needs
- First aid and medication distribution
- Office clerical duties – assist substitutes, copy/distribute materials
- Maintain respect at all times for confidential information
- Attend meetings and in‑services as needed
- Perform all duties as assigned
