This is a part‑time position beginning the 2026/2027 school year and is 190 days/year, 4 hours/day. This position may require some additional training.

Must have current BCI/FBI background checks, and obtain State of Ohio Educational Aide permit upon hire.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assist the building secretary and substitute if the secretary is absent
• Perform receptionist duties, including greeting and assisting all building visitors, parents, and students
• Assist parents and students with needs
• Maintain accurate attendance records via student information system
• First aid and medication distribution
• Office clerical duties - assist substitutes, copy/distribute materials
• Maintain respect at all times for confidential information
• Attend meetings and in‑services as needed
• Perform all duties as assigned
