Were looking for a friendly, confident and engaging personto join our team as a Customer Care Assistant. Youll be the welcoming face of our restaurant greeting customers, chatting with families, and creating a warm, positive atmosphere from the moment they walk in.

Your role is all about interaction talking to customers, checking how their visit is going, helping with any needs and making sure everyone feels comfortable and valued. Whether youre handing out flags or balloons to children, helping organise small events, or simply offering a smile and friendly conversation, youll make a real difference to every guests experience.

What youll be doing:

Greeting every customer with a smile and warm welcome.

Talking and engaging with customers throughout their visit.

Checking in with customers to make sure theyre happy and comfortable.

Supporting events or family activities to create fun, memorable experiences.

Keeping the dining area clean, tidy and inviting at all times.

Communicating feedback and ideas to the management team.
