THE OPPORTUNITY

SII UK is seeking an experienced Project Planner to undertake independent assurance reviews on behalf of the P3M function across assigned Projects, Programmes, or Portfolios, with a specific focus on Planning and Scheduling compliance, maturity, and effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Attend all meetings required to support the assigned assurance review

* Participate in weekly tasking meetings with P3M Assurance Management

* Review project, programme, and portfolio documentation for compliance with defined standards

* Assess planning and scheduling approaches against agreed P3M frameworks

* Agree findings, recommendations, and actions with the relevant Project, Programme, or Portfolio teams

* Maintain independence and objectivity throughout the assurance process

ESSENTIAL

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

* Contribution to the P3M Assurance Assessment Spreadsheet

* Contribution to the formal Assurance Report, including findings, recommendations, and supporting evidence

TOOLS & SYSTEMS

EXPERIENCE:

* Primavera P6, Microsoft Project

* Microsoft Excel (assessment spreadsheets, analysis)

* Microsoft Word / PowerPoint (assurance reporting and presentations)

* Share Point

* Jira / Confluence
