Description

The Facilities Maintenance HVAC Technician performs maintenance and repairs on boilers, chillers, circulation fans and HVAC equipment on the Sunbury site.

• Intermediate blueprint reading skills
• Beginner to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point

• EPA Certified Refrigeration Handler Class Universal
• NFPA
  70 Arc Flash Training
• Liebert Environmental cooling systems
• Low Pressure Chiller Training
• Ohio Fire Detection License
• Building Automation Controls training

• Stand/Walk 8/12 hours per day
• Work 5-7 days per week
• Lift up to 35 pounds frequently.

• Must be able to work in extreme heat or cold
• Must be able to work in an environmental factor such as dust
• Must be able to work in a noisy environment
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to work Planned and Unplanned Overtime

Work experience in commercial HVAC Installs/Maintenance, Plumbing, Gas Line Installations/Repairs, Building and project management.

• No Degree in technical discipline & 2+ years related work experience
• Facilities Technician II:
  Excellent Level
• 2 Year Degree in technical discipline & 2+ years related work experience OR 6+ years in related work experience
• Facilities Technician III:

• Senior Facilities Technician I:
  Skilled and Competent Level
• 2 Year Degree in technical discipline & 6+ years related work experience OR 4 Year Degree in technical discipline & 4+ yrs. work experience OR 14+ years related work experience.
• Senior Facilities Technician II:
  Excellent Level
• 2 Year Degree in technical discipline & 8+ years related work experience OR 4 Year Degree in technical discipline & 6+ yrs. work experience OR 16+ years related work experience
• Senior Facilities Technician III:
  Outstanding / Role Model Level

• Principal Facilities Technician I:
  Skilled and Competent Level
