• Deliver excellence in customer service by upholding high retail standards and creating a memorable in‑store experience.

• Assist customers in the fitting room and provide product performance information.
• Promote the rewards program and meet weekly loyalty sign‑up goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep the sales floor clean and well‑stocked, and support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and transaction processing.
• Respond promptly to customer/employee injuries, report incidents, and participate in loss prevention audits to minimize store shrink.

• Minimum age of 16 years or older.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule, including at least one weekend day per week (minimum 12 hours weekly).
• Strong communication skills, ability to operate point‑of‑sale equipment, and readiness to stand and walk throughout the store.
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally, and to push/pull full merchandise racks.
• Experience with manual labor tasks such as assembling displays and rearranging store layout.

• Pay range: $12.00 – $15.65 per hour.
