Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. The role focuses on driving sales, supporting company initiatives, and representing brand standards while developing customer relationships and potential future leadership capabilities.

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Support and execute company initiatives and store vision
• Participate in team training and use new technology to achieve business results
• Deliver consistent customer experiences aligned to brand expectations
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management
• Support alternative purchasing processes including Gladly Click to Zoom JRNI and Ship to Home
• Broaden product discovery through QR codes digital catalogs and virtual stores
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register stand walk and move for multiple hours
• Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible overnight shifts and travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers management and coworkers
