About the Role
- Creates a high‑energy, compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling appropriate service behaviors. Supervises and consistently coaches associates on the sales training process to ensure the highest level of service and sales.
- Proactively resolves consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy while maintaining consumer satisfaction. Partners with the store manager on elevated consumer issues.
- Participates in the training process for new hires and current employees on Levi Strauss & Co. culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, store policy, programs and other associate responsibilities.
- Partners with store management to set expectations, coach, and contribute to an environment that encourages engagement, retention, and talent. Delivers formal performance feedback in partnership with store management.
- Efficiently handles all cash handling and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards. Performs store procedures in compliance with store policy.
- Works with the Store Manager, Associate Manager, and Assistant Store Manager(s) to flex store business strategies and meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily.
- Supervises the store team in the absence of another member of management.
- Complies with all Levi’s® Stores policy, procedure, and programs and follows directives of store management.
- Enjoys being busy and juggling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.
- Is a collaborative role model exhibiting behaviors aligned with a culture of inclusion and belonging.
- Is a self‑starter with a growth mindset, enjoys learning new tools, and is adaptable to new initiatives.
- Has progressive retail leadership experience and proven skills in supervising, coaching, and training.
- Can work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Can perform all essential job functions and lift up to 40 pounds. Required tasks may involve standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, crouching, bending, stooping, talking, hearing, reaching with hands and arms, typing, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders. - Has reliable transportation.
- Holds a high school diploma or GED (preferred).

CompensationThe pay range for this role is from the higher of the required minimum wage based on local, state or federal requirements or $15.55 – $25.90 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications. The amount earned within the wage range will be based on factors including education, qualifications, experience, skills, seniority, store location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue‑based metrics and business needs.
