Responsibilities

Brand Experience / Customer Service

  • Ensure excellence in customer service by upholding high retail standards that align with company standards.
  • Initiate conversations with all customers, building relationships to learn interests and identify products.
  • Assist customers in the fitting room.
  • Recommend products aligned with customer needs and preferences through suggestive selling and encourage purchase.
  • Build brand loyalty by promoting the rewards program and achieving weekly loyalty sign‑up goals.
  • Learn about new products and trends to better engage customers.
  • Consistently achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Provide information and advice on product performance, features, and specifications.

Visual, Operation, and Safety

  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
  • Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, accurate transaction processing, cash handling, and point‑of‑sale integrity.
  • Follow all company and store policies, processes, and procedures.
  • React quickly to all customers and/or employee injuries and report them immediately to the manager on duty.
  • Participate in Loss Prevention Audits and comply with company loss prevention policies to minimize store shrink.

Position Requirements
  • Minimum age 16 years or older.
  • Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
  • This role requires a minimum availability of 12 hours per week, including one weekend day.
  • Additional availability is a plus.
Essential Functions
  • Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members.
  • Operate office equipment and technology (e.g., cash register, computers, phones, scanners, etc.).
  • Stand and move throughout the store during scheduled shifts.
  • Walk and move to assist customers, retrieve merchandise, and recover the store.
  • Lifting and carrying: ability to maneuver and/or lift 25 lbs. regularly, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to push/pull full racks of merchandise for restocking the store.
  • Ability to reach, stretch, bend, stoop, and crouch to retrieve items from shelves, restock, and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Manual labor is required occasionally to assemble displays and/or rearrange the store layout.
  • Vision to accurately read labels, assist customers, and perform tasks that require attention to detail.
  • Ability to use fine manipulation and grasp with hands to sort and organize clothing (e.g., place on hangers, fold, organize in color/size order).
