Perform maintenance work in the stores, work with store management to implement new preventative maintenance programs;
Be responsible for the maintenance and safe operation of company owned equipment used in conducting the day-to-day business of the department;
Receive work orders, prioritize work, and follow up on completed work;
Assure that emergency repairs are handled immediately;
Work with local contractors for all major repair projects & maintenance programs.
