Fantastic opportunity for a Carpenter/Joiner to work with one of Sunderland's leading Housing Providers in their dedicated and hard-working repair Team.

Job description:

My client is looking for a self-motivated, and experienced Carpenter/Joiner to assist the wider reactive repairs team covering the Sunderland Area.

You will feel supported in your role from day one and the experienced and approachable management team will support you to achieve your professional goals.

You will be required to engage with residents and management alike. Carry out all repairs to the highest of standards and be able to react efficiently to repair requests.

This is a great opportunity to work with Sunderland's leading housing provider and to gain a secure run of work and experience in a reactive repair setting.

Hours:

40 hours per week.

Location:

Sunderland.

Duration: 2 months - possibly longer

Pay rate: £20-£22ph +45p per mile (Hourly rate dependant on experience)

Requirements:

NVQ level 2 Carpentry and Joinery
CSCS Card
Own Tools
