A leading housing provider in Sunderland seeks a Carpenter/Joiner for a 2-month contract, possibly longer. You'll join a supportive repair team, engaging with residents while performing various repairs. The position offers a pay rate of £20-£22 per hour plus mileage. Candidates must have NVQ level 2 in Carpentry and Joinery, a CSCS card, and their own tools and transport. Immediate start available with 40 hours per week.
