Search Consultancy is looking for a highly skilled and safety-certified Fire Stopper for a major, long-term contract in Sunderland. We are partnering with an established Tier-1 contractor on a large-scale project that demands the highest standards of safety compliance and technical precision.

Working on a well-managed development in Sunderland, you will be responsible for installing critical passive fire protection measures including:

• Penetration Sealing: High-spec installations of bat and mastic to strict manufacturer-tested details.

• Confined Space Operations: Safely executing installations in restricted access areas, service risers, and tight structural voids.

• Access & High-Level Work: Safely utilising powered access machinery to install fire protection in high-level areas and ceiling voids.

• Structural Fire Protection: Installing fire-rated boards and fire curtains within structural openings.

• Compliance & Recording: Ensuring 100% compliance with build specifications and logging installations where required, understanding that your work directly impacts life safety.

• CSCS Card: A valid CSCS card is a mandatory requirement.

• Confined Spaces Ticket: A valid, accredited Confined Spaces certificate is non-negotiable for this role.

• IPAF Ticket: Must hold an in-date IPAF card (Categories 3a & 3b) for operating powered access platforms.

• Reliability: Looking for a professional committed to a stable, long-term run of work with excellent punctuality and attendance.

• Right to Work: Must have a valid right to work in the UK.

• Excellent Earning Potential: A competitive CIS rate of 25.00 per hour.
