We are looking for motivated, dependable, and friendly individuals to join our team! This is a great opportunity for recent high school graduates or college students looking to gain professional experience and start a career in customer service and sales.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Answer customer questions about insurance policies
• Accept payments and process transactions
• Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
• Assist customers with policy needs
• Take vehicle photos and assist with inspections
• Help with marketing and customer outreach when needed
• Keep the office clean and organized
• Make bank deposit runs
• Other duties as assigned

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule
• Ability to squat, bend, and move while taking vehicle photos

• High School Diploma or GED
• College students encouraged to apply
• No experience required
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not necessary
• Must pass state licensing requirements
