Procurement and Sustainability Coordinator

Stampede is looking for a full-time Procurement and Sustainability Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team! If you enjoy working with purchasing, logistics, supplier data, and sustainability initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve cost and efficiency, this could be a great opportunity for you.

In this role, you'll support the procurement of indirect materials and services while coordinating logistics activities, supplier compliance, sustainability initiatives, and customer documentation. You'll work cross-functionally to maintain accurate purchasing data, support sourcing initiatives, monitor transportation activities, and help identify cost-saving and operational improvement opportunities.

As a Procurement and Sustainability Coordinator, you'll support the Purchasing team by creating and maintaining purchase orders, monitoring open orders and inventory needs, maintaining item and supplier data in the ERP system, resolving invoice discrepancies, and coordinating with suppliers on pricing, documentation, shipment status, and delivery commitments.

You'll also support transportation scheduling, freight reporting, warehouse transfers, and logistics improvement projects. In addition, you'll help coordinate sustainability and customer compliance initiatives by maintaining supplier certifications, collecting and analyzing sustainability data, responding to customer documentation requests, and supporting projects focused on waste reduction, recycling, sustainable packaging, and responsible sourcing.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Finance, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Ability to analyze purchasing, freight, and sustainability data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Working knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory principles preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, environmental regulations, and certification standards.

Power BI experience is a plus!
