As a Wastewater - Building Maintenance Technician, you will:
- Monitor chemical levels and automate systems
- Manual controls and system inspections
- Maintain piping, air handling systems, fire suppression, and snow removal
- Ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Experience in maintenance, plumbing, groundskeeping
- Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
- Preferred: experience in USDA meat processing and wastewater treatment
- Skills in basic building maintenance, electrical, painting
- Computer skills for work management
- Safety-minded, detail-oriented, self-motivated
- Availability for holidays and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various conditions
- Good reading, writing, and comprehension skills
