As a Wastewater - Building Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Monitor chemical levels and automate systems
• Manual controls and system inspections
• Maintain piping, air handling systems, fire suppression, and snow removal
• Ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency

• Experience in maintenance, plumbing, groundskeeping
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
• Preferred: experience in USDA meat processing and wastewater treatment
• Skills in basic building maintenance, electrical, painting
• Computer skills for work management
• Safety-minded, detail-oriented, self-motivated
• Availability for holidays and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various conditions
• Good reading, writing, and comprehension skills
