Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures the settings of the machine are correct based on the type of product.
• Lifting up to 55 lbs.
• Inspect the meat after processing to ensure the quality of the meat is being met per customer specifications.
• Check temperature of the meat before use.
• Communicate with Drivers, Supervisor or designated person to ensure that a constant flow of supplies is there at all times.
• Demonstrate the ability to work as a team and follow direction.
• Adherence to all quality and safety guidelines.
• Performs other duties, as needed.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to cold temperatures (45 degrees) in the plant. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
