Clinical Nurse Coordinator Cath Lab

Overview

As a Registered Nurse at Del Sol Medical Center, you will have all the staffing support, technology, and resources needed to deliver safe, high-quality care so you can focus on what you do best.

This position is responsible for the day-to-day business operations of the EP/Biplane Lab/Cath Lab/Hybrid OR and the oversight of personnel. It provides direct patient care and collaborates with other members of the health care delivery team to deliver quality patient care, including assisting in procedures. In collaboration with other members of the management team, the clinical coordinator is responsible for the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the department and collaborates with the Director regarding budgetary and strategic planning opportunities for improvement.

The clinical coordinator also assists the Director in providing nursing leadership to the unit and overseeing the clinical operations of the departments.

  Certifications:
  
  Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support;
  Registered Nurse
• Required Education/
  
  Experience:
  
  Minimum Diploma in Nursing;
  Minimum 3 years of Critical Care experience
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in related field; EP/Cath experience
