La Montañita Food Cooperative is seeking a Produce Assistant Department Team Leader (ADTL) to oversee the Produce department in the absence of the DTL. The ADTL ensures an excellent customer experience by providing knowledge, product selection, and service in the Produce area.
Under the Produce DTL, the ADTL guides daily operations, trains staff, enforces food safety and department procedures, and supports merchandising, inventory, and safety standards while upholding La Montañita values.
