• License & Certification:
  Licensed dental hygienist
• Licensing:
  Valid state license to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Clinical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong proficiency in dental terminology, patient assessment, and medical imaging.
• Pediatrics:
  Experience or training in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.

• Clinical Excellence:
  Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and oral health assessments for a diverse patient base, including pediatric patients.
• Advanced Assisting:
  Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to assist the dentist during complex procedures, maximizing efficiency and patient comfort.

  Empower patients with the knowledge they need for proper oral hygiene and the importance of preventive care.
• Diagnostics & Monitoring:
  Perform medical imaging (Radiology) and monitor patient vital signs as necessary to ensure safe treatment.
• Documentation:
  Maintain precise, up-to-date medical records and review documentation for accuracy prior to patient visits to ensure compliance.
• Safety & Sterilization:
  Adhere strictly to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to maintain a pristine clinical environment.
• Treatment Planning:
  Collaborate with the wider dental team to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
